Acceptance of Terms

By using BLACKRIDE CAR SERVICE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is confirmed. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and cash. Gratuity is not included unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, wait time, or route changes requested by the passenger.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted fare. No-shows will be charged the full fare amount. For special events and peak periods, different cancellation policies may apply.

Airport Services

For airport pickups, we track your flight and adjust pickup times accordingly. Complimentary wait time of 60 minutes is provided for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights after the plane lands. Additional wait time will be charged at our standard hourly rate. For airport drop-offs, please ensure you are ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), consumption of alcohol by minors, illegal substances, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these rules or behaves in an unsafe manner. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.

Liability

BLACKRIDE CAR SERVICE shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or mechanical breakdowns. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected service. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all passengers.

Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you left something behind, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee recovery. A retrieval fee may apply.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
